SMS "Menu" to 9999 for fast self-service from your Optus Mobile (24x7). Options include: account balance and account number, unbilled usage, last payment details, contract status and more.

Unless your account is paid by direct debit, any payments made via credit, debit or charge cards incur a 0.336% (incl. GST) payment processing fee. The fee will appear on the next account after the bill is paid. For more information visit www.optus.com.au/payments
